Ouac application schedule
*November 5, 2020
Deadline for ouac to receive all Ontario high school e-student data files.
*November 20, 2020
Deadline for ouac to receive all midterm / final grades valid for Ontario high school 4U / M programs. Schools can report interim results immediately after full-time courses are offered.
*November 27, 2020
The target date for Ontario University to obtain all mid-term / final grades of the 4U / M courses offered by ouac.
*January 15, 2021
Deadline for Ontario high school students to submit full applications to ouac. The initial application includes all final grades for completed grades 11 and 12, as well as a list of all ongoing current year courses.
Note: ouac will still process applications received after this date and distribute them to universities. The specific university deadline will be subject to the University notice.
*January 21, 2021
The target date for Ontario University to receive all application data and grades from ouac by January 15, 2021.
*February 11, 2021
Deadline for ouac to receive all final grades available for Ontario high school 4U / M courses.
*February 25, 2021
The University of Ontario receives final grades for all 4U / M courses offered by ouac, as well as current full year grades for current 4U / M courses.
*April 22, 2021
Ontario high school reports to ouac all mid-term / final grades available for 4U / M courses, as well as deadlines for mid-term grades for full year courses. Results received by ouac before the deadline will be sent to Ontario Universities upon receipt.
*May 4, 2021
The University of Ontario receives the mid / final grades of all 4U / M courses offered by ouac and the mid-term grades of the whole year's courses.
*May 27, 2021
All high school applicants who submitted their applications before the January deadline can now see the responses from some Ontario Universities, including admission letters.
*June 1, 2021
Ontario high school students need to respond to the admission letter of Ontario University and make financial commitments (such as registration deposit, residence deposit, etc.). All other admission related elements, including scholarships, or other forms of student assistance, are considered part of the admission conditions.
